The reason I love this photo? I love this photo because I’m the odd one out. I’m clearly the only male.

Ladies!

Here’s one of many examples of what intelligent, creative, intuitive, and passionate women we have all around us. For whatever stupid reason we don’t see enough pictures like this.

Both our recent guests at Turn Out Radio are vibrant leaders doing heartfelt, meaningful work in Toronto. Yasssss ladies! 👊

BTW: The producers of our show? WOMEN. 👊

Our sound engineer? WOMAN. 👊

Our interns and production assistants? WOMEN. 👊

My co-hosts? You guessed it… WOMEN! Who by the way had an idea, teamed up, ***supported each other *** and CREATED a radio show (not a podcast on someone’s laptop- a LIVE STUDIO BROADCAST in an actual radio station) that’s heard across country and globally online.

They literally made sh!t happen.

Who does that? Oh right, WOMEN DO. And fyi, these boss babes tell ME what to do, not the other way around. Sure I share input. But at the end of the day… I know who’s in charge. ♀️♀️♀️

Look Around!

To all the ladies out there, try doubting yourself less and trusting yourself more. Because look around! Clearly you are by far the smarter and more capable species at setting and getting everything you want. Am I right? So keep doing you. Your family needs you. The marketplace needs you. The world definitely needs more YOU.

And bonus: I know it’s rough sometimes, but most times I wouldn’t know because you make it look so damn EASY. If that’s not a reason to roar, I don’t know what is. 💕

I’m totally aware that you don’t need to hear this from me. Yes, I understand you know this already. But I’ve been your supporter for years and gosh damn I’m proud of what you’re capable of! So please forgive me for rooting for you. Is that ok?
