How To Bring More Dance To Toronto

Ok, so this post is about how I plan to bring more dance to Toronto.

But before I share my plan, here’s a few pictures from my weekend! I was a judge for the O.U.C.H. Hip Hop University Competition at McMaster University:

Love that sign! I do this every day…

McMaster University team took the title! 2 years in a row.

My beautiful lady came to support her FAVOURITE judge!

Jenna, Eva and Cody B hangin’ in our dressing room

Danny Tidwell came to support fellow judges Donyelle Jones and Cedric Gardner, all from SYTYCD.

All the judges gettin crazy. Donyelle Jones, Danny Davalos, Mike Rhodes, Cedric Gardner, Mindy Conto.

Backstage with Laurier team- nice work gang! Love the ipod.

Congrats to all the talent!

Anyhow, we definitely need more dance in Toronto. More rehearsal space, more places to take class, more dance studio space to workshop ideas and create dance choreography.

So, I’m doing my part to make that happen. I’ll be having a fundraiser Sunday December 14th, and invited some kick-ass performers to celebrate with! Check out the details:

Take a look at that link. There’s lots of info about the event there. And I’m so friggin’ excited! Stay tuned for updates…
